Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

 

Shipping Information

  • We use expedited ground shipping to ensure you receive your products quickly and at the best value.
  • Orders may be canceled at our discretion. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You can return most items within 30 days of purchase starting January 1, 2024. Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by manuals, hardware, accessories, and proof of purchase.
    • Eligible for returns. Contact us to confirm before shipping.
  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Contact us at racktrendzcanada@gmail.com.
    2. Approved returns must be shipped to:
      • 183 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1P4
        Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fees:

    • There will be no restocking fees if the item is in original packing with tags and returned within 30 days.

    • 15% restocking fees may be charged if the product is returned in used condition without its original packaging with no manuals, hardware and accessories.

    • We may charge a 5% percent restocking fee on the orders above $1000 if the items is already shipped and the customer requests to cancel the order.   
    • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for any orders deemed fraudulent or subject to abuse. This policy ensures the integrity of our sales process and protects our business from misuse.

 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Please note: Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at racktrendzcanada@gmail.com.
  • Additional deductions can be made from the purchase price for missing items and/or parts from the returned product.

Damages and Issues
  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
  • To exchange an item, return it first, and once approved, place a separate order for the new item.
