Shipping and Returns

  • In order to provide you the best value and keep your cost low, we use expedited ground shipping to ship our products.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order. An effort will be made to contact the customer as soon as possible.

  • We will match a lower price offered by another Canadian Retailer (with the exception of Garmin Products) provided a proof of the lower price is emailed to racktrendzcanada@gmail.com and the other retailer has the product in stock and is not clearing the product and does not have a closing out sale and not selling the last/demo product. We may contact the other retailer to confirm any of the above.

  • We use Shopify Payments and PayPal for payment processing and do not collect or store any credit card information.

  • A PayPal account is not required to make a credit card payment.

  • We also accept payments by Interac Email Money Transfer. It is fast, convenient & secure. Please call or email us to arrange.

  • We value your privacy and do our best to protect it. We will not share or disclose any personal information of the customers except when obligated by law or for shipping purposes. We consider "personal information" to be information about an identifiable individual. We do not consider public information found in directories and listings, or business names, addresses and/or contact numbers, to be personal information.

  • We will refund most items less 15% restocking fee if returned within 14 days of the purchase provided the product is returned unused in its original packaging with manuals, hardware and accessories.

  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for any orders deemed fraudulent or subject to abuse. This policy ensures the integrity of our sales process and protects our business from misuse.
  • The shipping charges if applicable are not refundable.

  • Additional deductions can be made from the purchase price for missing items and/or parts from the returned product.

  • We intend to do business with our customers in good faith. The customer must not make any assumptions about any of our policies and must contact us prior to placing an online order to clarify or get more information about any policy.
